When do I use The Good?
The Good is a one-step product most commonly used at night. It’s meant to be applied after washing and drying the face. Many customers apply it morning and night for maximum results.

Will the oil clog my pores?

How do I open The Good?
Simply unscrew the wood cap which is threaded onto the glass bottle. Do not pull or pry the cap, it screws off.

How much of The Good should I put on my face at one time?
The average guy uses one full press worth of serum, which is about 1/3 of the dropper full. However if you have oily skin, live in a humid environment, or simply prefer less, 4-5 drops to start are recommended.

How do I use this with my moisturizer?
We designed The Good to be a one-step regimen, a replacement for your night moisturizer after washing and drying your face in the evening. While you can use The Good as a replacement for your morning moisturizer, we recommend using a moisturizer with SPF in the morning after washing and drying your face if you will be in the sun.

I am prone to acne/oily skin/irritation/redness/________. Is The Good for me?
Our formula was designed for sensitive skin, with gentle natural non-irritating ingredients. A clinical study and an irritancy (RIPT) study backs this up. The Good is proven to be non-irritating and effective for men with a range of skin types and conditions. Do you ship outside the US?

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Orders ship from our facility in the U.S. within 1-2 business days of receipt and for U.S. orders generally arrive at your doorstep 3-4 days later. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your package ships, so you can follow your order to your doorstep!
