If you try a product and it doesn’t work for you, simply contact us within 60 days of your purchase and we’ll make it right.

Please note that while we’re happy to honor this guarantee, we’re unable to process multiple refunds for the same product. We monitor refund activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse a refund if we find our policy has been misused.

Orders ship from our facility in the U.S. within 1-2 business days of receipt and for U.S. orders generally arrive at your doorstep 3-4 days later. International orders ship via various priority carriers and delivery time may vary by country. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your package ships, so you can follow your order to your doorstep.
