Yes, of course. We formulate without harsh chemicals or ingredients, so our products do have expiration dates because of their plant-based formulas. You will never receive a product that is expired though. We keep our formulas protected in light proof, glass bottles to maximize their life.

Product usage may vary depending on your climate and geographic location in addition to your specific skin type. Most customers like to figure out their usage rates and then set their subscription frequency in our account portal accordingly. Our customer service team is always happy to help. You can change your delivery cadence at any time in our account portal.

Orders ship from our facility in the U.S. within 1-2 business days of receipt and for U.S. orders generally arrive at your doorstep 3-5 days later. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your package ships, so you can follow your order to your doorstep!

You may cancel your subscription/membership at any time by logging into your account page contacting our customer service team at help@calderalab.com. Cancellations via your account page must be received at least one full calendar day prior to the next charge date to avoid being charged for that shipment. Cancellation requests received after that shall take effect the following period. Please note - we are unable to provide any cancellations nor refunds for subscription orders that ship due to forgetting that the shipment is scheduled.
